Chicken Parmesan with Two Tony's Marinara Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
- 1 cup all-purpose flour 
- 2 large eggs 
- 2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs 
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper 
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 
- 1 jar Two Tony's Marinara Sauce (TWO TONY’S NEW ORLEANS STYLE SICILIAN MARINARA SAUCE) 
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- Place the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in three separate shallow bowls. 
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. 
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off any excess. 
- Dip the chicken in the beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere. 
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. 
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. 
- Pour the Two Tony's Marinara Sauce over the chicken, spreading it evenly. 
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. 
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. 
- Garnish with chopped basil leaves before serving.
